Specializing in Facility Support Since 2005

Welcome

DP Technologies, LLC is a company dedicated to providing expert technical support and application consulting services for a wide range of building technologies.  Founded in 2005 by a group of highly skilled technical professionals, we take pride in our understanding of complex building systems.  Our professional staff bring many years of real world experience working with enterprise IT systems, emergency power systems, and building automation systems to the work we are doing today for facilities managers.

Our Objective:

In-house facility management groups are faced with increasingly complex technology issues at a time when justifying the expense of adding or even maintaining technical staff has become difficult.

Two major challenges are emerging:

–          building system technologies are becoming increasingly complex, making technology evaluation and selection a more daunting task for facilities managers.

–          with the increasing complexity of deployed building systems increasing, it is becoming more and more difficult to find service companies that can provide the level of technical knowledge required to quickly resolve a growing number of the trouble calls faced by facilities staffs.

We know that the years of technical experience and accumulated knowledge that our company has to offer is not always going to be required, and would be expensive to keep on staff.  We also know that the kind of experienced technical help that we offer is required from time to time, and that it can be expensive to do without when it is needed.

Our objective is to provide facilities organizations with the right kind of experienced technical help at affordable pricing when it is needed.  Our diverse backgrounds allow us to provide technical help in a variety of ways – from remote phone support for technicians working on an electrical problem in a building, to helping develop a technology migration plan to bridge the gap between legacy and current building automation technologies, or helping an IT team integrate data coming from building automation systems into an in-house enterprise business intelligence system.
